- Realtor.com:
The National Association of Realtors offers courses on varying topics as well as several credential and accreditation programs, all accessible through their main website.
- University-Based Courses:
Several well-known universities, such as Yale and MIT, provide free access to graduate level course content – including real estate coursework - to help professionals expand their expertise.
- Miscellaneous Collection:
There are literally thousands of free ebooks, podcasts, recordings from real estate conferences, course notes and more available for the eager learner. Take advantage of these resources! One ongoing webcast we follow closely is Curaytor's Water Cooler series, which is heavily focused on marketing best practices for realtors.
- BONUS TIP: Brokerage Training Programs:
Some brokerages have extensive training programs while others more or less leave it to you to figure it out. Ask about training when you’re shopping brokerages to make sure you establish a mutually beneficial relationship that will set you up for long-term real estate success.
