Your mentor doesn’t necessarily have to be someone you know, however having the ability to speak with them one on one is preferred.
Accept Feedback with Open ArmsNobody fully enjoys constructive criticism. However, feedback is important to self-development. If your broker, CEO, or office manager doesn’t provide feedback on a monthly or quarterly basis, ask for a regular review session.
