Putting your business on hold during Thanksgiving doesn’t mean you need to fall off the face of the earth. Keep those real estate leads warm throughout the winter! Some might notice a drop in home sales during the winter compared to summer. Summer home sales are the results of a lead doing their research in the winter! You can still be there for your future clients without actually being there.

Update Your Out of Office Message

Always have the basics to an Out of Office Message: greeting, time you will be gone, when you will be back, etc. Also try to make it fun and relatable. “I’m taking a few days from November 22-26 to spend Thanksgiving with my family. I will respond to your email when I get back, Happy Thanksgiving!”. This also applies to your voicemail.

Utilize Automation

Does your website provider offer you automation services? Take advantage of it! Or at least schedule your emails to go out during that week.
